DESERT ISLAND RECORDINGS: IMPORTANT MOMENTS IN RECORDED MUSIC -
MUSIC CURRICULUM LINKS

I love music! It is a mystery how sound vibrations can create such beauty and energy and elicit joyous reactions from both humans and animals!
My trombone teacher had a little dog, who would instantly dance on its hind legs when a recording of Rachmaninov 3 piano concerto was played!
My neighbours dog would sing howling in tune every time I would practice the Paul Hindermith Sonata for Trombone!
Here are my top ten recordings. A list so good there is actually over 26 recordings.
This is the draft- I will elaborate in later posts individually on all of these recordings.
